Has anyone taken this to help sleep?

My doctor gave me a prescription for Temazepam. I believe that it's the generic version of Restoril. I never heard of it before.

Re: Has anyone taken this to help sleep?

I know someone who has!
She had hardly any side effects, but only used them short term while on zoloft as it was giving her nightmares!
But she had about 6 hours of peaceful sleep a night!
