| Re: lack of sleep
Getting more exercise and/or a lot of fresh air should help. You could also try camomille tea and soft classical music before going to bed. If not classical music, you could go for a relaxation cd; something with ocean, rain and stream sounds on it. I got a tea by Celestial Seasonings called "Sleepy Time" and found it to be helpful up until my insomnia got really bad. A hot bath (as hot as you can stand it) with lavender scent added to it can help you relax more and get to sleep easier also.
There's a herbal remedy called Valerian Root, but I don't know how well it works, and you have to take it with caution.
Without my sleeping pills I will eventually fall asleep, but all I will do is "nap" and wake up after a few hours. I'll have trouble getting back to sleep, and then I'll "nap" for another hour or two.
