I have insomnia really bad so I'm on medication and trust me last night I didn't take my meds and was up til 6am...the sad thing is that I had to get up at 8am to go to breakfast with my sister. I've heard that exercise about 1 hour before you go to bed is supposed to help you sleep. You might want to try that and no caffeine atleast 3 to 4 hours before you lay down.
yeah. whats worse is, tomorrows work, ts 2 AM and I CANT SLEEP! *Cry*
