| question about how to take sonata
i dont really want to call a pharm or ask my docotor so i figured i would ask here. i take sonata 10 mg when needed (maybe 3 times a week) and sometimes it doesnt help me AT ALL. awhile back when i had a swallowing disorder i used to chew up pills or in sonata's case i would open up the capsule and pour the powder in my mouth and this worked very well everytime i took them. now i dont have a swallowing disorder so i can swallow pills but like i said when i do this with sonata its a hit or miss thing. i also take remeron about 30 minutes before i take a sleeping pill so im wondering is it safe to do this? i dont want to try ambien cause im already really depressed as it is
