| Tap?
Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone uses this TAP[thornton adjustable positioner]. I went to the whole sleep study thing and have moderate-severe apnea[not sure there right but whtever] Imposible to sleep with air blowing in my face so the doctor said this TAP might work. Go to dentist to get impression of teeth made and 2 weeks later you get something that fits[2 pieces] over your upper and lower teeth. It locks them together so when you sleep your lower jaw does not slide backwards to allow your tongue and everything else to block your airway. It works![for me] and I don't snore anymore and sleep better. It's not as invasive as it sounds and have not seen anyone mention this so if you can't CPAP like me ask your doc about TAP. Good luck to all and if you have questions let me know! John W
