I was absolutely like this until I had my sleep apnea treated. I don't know how I managed to survive.

It was a running joke with my friends and family that I was sleeping my life away. I never stayed awake through an entire move or concert and I took at least one nap at work everyday. I would deliberately sit in the back of classrooms (I was in college at the time), because I knew I wouldn't be able to stay awake. I figured if I was going to fall asleep, maybe no one would notice me in the back and I wouldn't embarass myself. In retrospect, why didn't I see that something was wrong?

Foolishly, instead of trying to figure out why my alarm clock didn't wake me up in the morning, I put all of my energy into finding a louder alarm. I wish I had those years to do over again. But at least I have my life back now.

I hope you can get your problems figured out, because clearly something is wrong.
