| can't sleep at night
My father said that he can't sleep at night and he said that this would happen everytime the weather was changing. Then during the day, he would fell asleep almost everywhere he sat. I've been telling him it's his bad sleeping habit. Can anyone tell me if this could be an early sign of sleeping disorder?
