Waking up after 4-5 hours of sleep?
I know this probably isn't a disorder of any sort, and I'm probably just being a baby about the whole thing, but it's kind of annoying. I'm 17, and as you could probably guess, I'm on summer vacation. I am up until 3-4 in the morning every night/morning. I go to sleep feeling tired and I usually pass out within 20 minutes of hitting the bed. But for the past month (roughly), I've been waking up at around 7 or 8 on the same morning, giving me about 4 or 5 hours of sleep. Normally I would not mind this, but I get very lethargic for the rest of the day and find it very difficult to fall back to sleep. I don't know about you all, but I sure don't like feeling lifeless for most of the day.
Have any of you guys ever experienced this? Is there any way I can stay asleep for at least 6 striaght hours and not wake up for no reason like I've been doing?
