Well, you just described probably the majority of the teenage high school population! Age/adolesence is probably a factor, but not inclusive. Being geekish is
NOT a problem or disorder - as long as you don't cheat yourself and stay up "just a little longer" on the computer, no matter what.
Poor eating habits is really probably a #1 factor here. Diet and exercise is a horribly common denominator with fatigue but, again, it's not all inclusive. My answer to any and all sleep problems/questions is: see your doctor. Talk to your parents, you said it yourself you have poor eating habits - work to improve them. Make sure to drink more water, and all that other stuff you keep "hearing" is good for you, yet we all insist on ignoring as kids (and you did not indicate a weight concern, but i'll just address it anyway, poor eating habits don't descriminate - whether you have a sluggish metabolism or that of a humming bird, poor food choices will have a negative effect on how you feel no matter what!)
But, a doctor visit is still important. He/she can do bloodwork *just in case* and either make dietary suggestions or refer you to a dietician.
Hope this helps...i tend to be long winded, but I take sleep/wake issues pretty seriously!
