You might still have sleep apnea. People with apnea often snore, choke, or gag, during sleep, but not everyone with apnea does this. I don't. Even the tech at the sleep lab told me I don't snore.
If you are having chronic fatigue, and medically everything else checks out okay, it is time for a sleep study! I know it seems like a difficult thing to arrange, but it really isn't. Your doctor can help you. And think how difficult living the rest of your life like this would be!
You do not have to keep going on like this. There are effective treatments available, whether you have apnea, or some other type of sleep disorder.
