Was just wondering if anyone has used melitonin to help with sleepless nights. I have a big problem with not getting much sleep and was wondering if this has worked for anyone. I would much rather go a natural route then take perscribed meds.
i've tried melatonin. i think it works and i'm not addicted to it. then again i didn't get addicted to ambien or anything else i've tried either. part of the addiction is the mental aspect.
I occasionally take melatonin when I have to be up early. It's great as far regulating how much sleep you get so you don't oversleep. I'm taking it now, because I had to go off ambien...that stuff makes you go crazy!
