Get it checked out now, esp if you are still on your parents insurance. It could be a LOT of things, and bloodwork, PSG's, MSLT's, etc could be required and get VERY costly.
with you being a woman, my first guesses would be
anemia
hypothyroidism
depression (you don't sound like you're too happy with yourself, since your level of attractivity doesn't have anything to do with how much you sleep!)
it could also be narcolepsy, but you are a bit young for that to be showing (tho I was diagnosed @ 18, and suffered since ~13). Do you get
excessively sleepy during the day? suffer from bouts of sudden muscle weakness during high emotional states?
If you don't wanna/can't see a dr and wanna try and fix this yourself, I would first start with your diet. Get yourself on a regular eating schedule, small meals (low carb, high-protein) throughout the day. Obviously, if you are overweight (you didn't mention that) you will need to lose weight / exercise. It will be hard because of the cycle you are caught in, tho.
just some suggestions. good luck. sleeping is great, but it can suck. look on the bright side; you aren't an insomniac!
