I get enough sleep, infact I get more than enough!
I will go to bed at a proper time at night and get up at a normal time, for school.
I find that, I am okay during school but eventually will start to feel a bit tired. When I come home I will get into bed and sleep for up to about 4 hours, I could sleep more if i wanted but I need to get up to do homework etc I would gladly miss dinner etc for sleeping (naps)
Even If I have been out shopping for only about an hour or less, I would come home and could get into bed and sleep no problem.
Is this any kind of disorder? How I can sleep so much? Somedays I won't have any naps but if given the chance I could sleep for hours in the afternoon, as well as that night.
I am on antidepressants which causes sleepiness, but I found this happening even before I was on them, I am getting weaned of them now because I am feeling a lot better
