Hi I'm new. Just wondering if anyone has tried Sleep MD as an OTC alternative to help you stay asleep. If so, can you comment. Thanks

I have tried both Somnatorol and the knock-off Somnapril, which seem to have the same ingredients as Sleep MD and they do help with sleep. Just keep in mind that Valerian root smells like feet. So if you buy something with the root in it, don't worry about the smell. That is normal.

i just tried it today, it didn't help me stay asleep. and i woke up feeling hungover.

Hi I tried it and have been using for the last 3 nights I love it! I have tried every OTC sleep aid out there including taking 100MG of benadryl I love this stuff! I take wit sleepy time tea!
