| Re: Any Ideas
Almost identical to me! I had severe sleep apnea, which was amplified due to the weight gain of my pregnancy 2002.
I woke up every hour on the hour, stopped dreaming, was chronically fatigued and as a result not a nice person to be around. I couldn't lose my pregnancy weight.. could only slowly gain weight. Got and stayed sicker.. the list goes on. But all of these symptoms point to sleep apnea. It took five GP's for one to say,"Hey! I would bet my business that you have sleep apnea.. go and get tested.(2005)" Well after a consultation and two night sleep study.. I was confirmed to have severe sleep apnea, given a CPAP and began to sleep through the night uninterrupted until my 4 your old decided to come and jump on me in the morning.
Best of luck to you, get yourself checked out.
Sincerely,
MG
