how to read a sleep study
Does anyone know of a place I could find a sample of what a "normal" or medically healthy sleep study would look like? I had 1 central apnea, 1 obstructive and 397 hypopneas. RDI=44, but mostly "hypo." Im trying to figure out if this is abnormal or not
