Turmeric is seen as an excellent natural antibiotic.
For the last few years or so I've had increasing trouble falling and staying asleep. I put it down to turmeric colouring which is often found in Indian nibbles IE. Onion Bajaís etc. Bearing in mind turmeric is only a spice herb does anybody think I am on the right track. Other things which bother me is a cheap version of Bourbon and the red sauce on bbq meats.
Turmeric is seen as an excellent natural antibiotic, and has lot of healing properties but when youíre still awake at 4.00 am when you have to be at work for 07.30 am ,you can appreciate it isnít the best thing in the world.
