Dreams occur in the third sleep stage (there are five levels of sleep the level 3,4, and 5 are essential for mainatining your physical and mental health). If you are not dreaming your quality of sleep is not be good. Look into sleep disorders and sleep apnea. See if you have any of the symptoms.. if you do you should go and see a sleep specialist. snoring is not a requirement for any.. I repeat ANY sleep disorder. Your best bet is to see a sleep specialist and let them determine whether or not you need further evaluation.
