Hi everyone,
I wouldn't say that I have a serious sleep disorder because usually, I'm able to fall sleep, but occasionally I'll have some trouble. However, for as long as I can remember, if I don't sleep well (or at all for that matter) the night before, the next day I will feel drained, nauseous and I'll throw up a lot. It's very strange, and no one else I know does this. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. It's horrible, and it was so bad once that I actually had to call in sick to work ... just because I didn't sleep and I felt like that. I know that there are just some people who need more sleep than others (and I'm one of them), but most people can at least function with little sleep. I've discussed it with my doctor, and she just said that with the given pattern, my body probably just can't hack it, and it sounds fairly normal seeing our bodies need sleep. I don't think it's THAT normal, though.
I'd appreciate any advice/comments/stories.
Thanks in advance
