Can I Combine Trazodone with Valerian Root/5htp?

I'd be very careful with the combination. I say this only because I've taken both (Trazodone for depression and sleep, Valarian Root for sleep) but not together. On their own these two are very powerful so I'd ask a doctor before combining.
