I am chronically fatigued as a result of my very poor, very light sleep, and I don't know how much longer I can go on like this. I take Lyrica, Ambien, Lunesta, and Klonopin just to stay alive.

I suspect your sleep problems are caused by or are aggravated by one or more of the medications you take...Lyrica in particular causes myoclonic movements but who knows what the combo you take could possibly do?
I was in a similar situation but diagnosed with central and obstructive sleep apnea. A cpap helped immediately, but my sleep disturbances continued to get worse and the movements "moved" into my daytime hours. I tried mirapex but it didn't work and my sleep doctor said there wasn't much to be done (at least he was honest and didn't push more meds). After a year of increasing sleep deprivation, my "problem" disappeared within several days, never to return! I had changed my one rx medication! Both my sleep doc and my gp denied any correlation to the med and to my symptoms, but it's been over a year now and the symptoms haven't returned.
In my case the results were almost immediate...but keep in mind that the effects of some drugs can impact the body for days, weeks, months, or even longer after discontinuing them so not everyone would have the same experience as I did. I really do think you need to "rethink" your meds. Obviously, it's not working.
