| Good night sleep on pre-wedding night?
In 2 weeks I have the most important day of my LIFE (as of yet) & I cant even sleep well even on a friday night when I know I get to "relax" all weekend, I am wondering if I can get some tips or if someone can recommend a pill that will knock me out for 7 or 8 hours & not leave me lagging on my special day, can anyone make any recommendations? first of all I will be so anxious that I wont be able to think about anything else & wont fall asleep, & by 4am when I do fall asleep I will be waking up every 5 minutes freaking out that I slept in. Not looking forward to this part it. Any suggestions?
