Lack of sleep=chills
I have a really strange question, and no doctor or person has yet to tell me what condition i have yet. but honestly, its ruining my life.
Since about a year ago, if i dont sleep enough a night (about eight an half hours) i wake up, freezing cold, goosepimples and chills all day until i sleep properly the following night.
Ive tried everything, wearing extra clothes, drinking hot drinks, but i get this in the height of the summer..so it cant be the weather.
i really dont know what to do, sleeping this long sometimes isnt ideal for me as i work long hours, and im young and its ruining my social life because i just want to go home and 'sleep off' my chills.
please help me.
