Red face Body shaking while asleep and crazy dreams
Hi,
I'm 15 years old and a few hours ago when I was asleep I had this weird dream and my body started shaking really bad and my heart started racing, and the really weird part is that I heard this weird and evil laff, and right after I heard the laff I woke up cold, sweaty and my heart was pounding hard.And I haven't been taking any medicine lately either.
I usually never have dreams which makes it even more weirder.
I think I might have also stoped breathing while I was asleep too.
Okay am I going nuts? Or is this some type of sleeping disorder?
