I have been using gravol (2) for about 10 years now so i can fall asleep...i take it almost every night and when i dont i dont fall asleep! i have tried alot of other things, natural and not and nothing makes me fall asleep other than this!! otc pills dont help,herbs dont help...nothing!!! only the gravol. I take it most nights but not all. I have a full time job and 5 teens and cant live off of 2 hours a night so this is why i do it, i dont take it during the day and i dont take more than 2. If i dont take it i will literally toss and turn for 4 or 5 hours!!! and if i do fall asleep i wake up every 30 minutes...another problem i have is dreaming lol i know that may sound weird but i have very very very vivid detailed emotional dreams and it usually makes my mood for the next day depending on what it is...they are strange dreams and seem to last all night even though they say that doesnt happen....almost everyday i remember my dreams and sometimes they are horrific!! anyone have any suggestions that can make me drowsy?
