Suggestions

Im having problem with sleeping.My mind becomes active during the night and that snatched my sleeps away.No matter how tired i'll be,my mind will be active especially when i have a problem.It tires me.What should i do?

Making notes of the next day's most pressing problems and possible solutions hours before bedtime has helped me.
