can't wake up in the morning

Hi all, I'm mostly active in the ADD/ADHD forums, but this particular question might be better fielded in this forum. I have moderate sleap apnea (67 events an hour) but have corrected that via CPAP and doing fine with it. Though after 2 solid months of using it, I don't really feel any better (what gives??). Sleeping enough hours uninterrupted and at fair times.

But one of my biggest issues is waking up in the morning. It's like going to war every morning trying to get out of bed. Eventually given ritalin as a boost in the morning, it worked great for a month or so. but now the ritalin just makes me sleep better.

What other options do I have for a morning kickstart? I need to fix this before I jepordize my new fantastic job.
