I have been taking 2 mg of Lorazepam for 5 years every night for sleep but I think that is not the way to go. So as I am cutting down my Lorazepam .25 mg per week and if I find a period of time I can't sleep well can I introduce melatonin a little at a time while I'm cutting down my Lorezapam?

Re: melatonin

Personally, I would ask a doctor that question. I know Melatonin is supposed to be all natural, but you should always consult with a doctor when adding or changing medication.
