Sleep Restriction Therapy works for me
I am 24 and 1 year before i had pathetic insomnia mainly bcoz of the bad habbits and irregular sleeping schedule.
I took the pills too but it didnt work for me becoz of the bad headche nxt morning.
I came to know about sleep restriction therapy few months back and i started following it.I can sleep for 6 hrs nowadays.But i think i still need to follow the same for some more time becoz sleeping for 6 hrs leaves me with small headche in the morning.
Has anybody else here followed this therapy and found the difference?What else would you suggest along with this therapy?
