If you're referring to sleep medication, and you haven't been diagnosed with sleep apnea, I would suggest Melatonin. You may still feel drowsy in the morning for about two weeks until your body gets use to it. You may even find that once you start sleeping, you may not need to use it every night.
I would start with 3 mgs. If you didn't sleep, or didn't sleep well, take 1 1/2 pills the next night and so on. I have sleep apnea and insomnia and due to my size I take 2- 5 mg tablets.
