I've been having sleep difficulties as of late; not sure why. I'm getting only about 2 nights a week of decent sleep. Stress levels just not high enough that my sleeping should be affected. I do not take naps during the day and I'm out of bed fairly early. I'm not using any medications that would affect me.
If your sleep problems are persistent then I suggest asking your primary care doctor for a referral to a sleep clinic for a sleep study test called a polysomnography. This test will help diagnosis your sleep disorder.
