Question Crying in my sleep wakes me up.

I know it sounds strange or down right crazy, but for several nights I have woken up in time to hear and feel(?) myself crying in my sleep. I cannot tell if it is dream related because I only remeber crying upon waking. I have severe depression, fibromialga, Myofacial pain, Marphan syndrome, COPD, and a handful of other problems. I have been known to mummble in my sleep very often, but crying is new. Are there any suggestions you may have? Has anyone experienced this before?
