Re: Heven't Slept Properly For Years - Don't Know What To Do
Been having problems sleeping for a while, tryed sleeping tablets. They work but feel drowsy. Just been on Melatonin 1/2 and 3mg tablet hour before I go to bed. Been working, so good. I tryed higher dose, 2 x 3mg tablets, was in a daze all day. Cut to one 3mg, still drowsy, down to half, sleep good and not drowsy in the day, it seems to be regulating my sleep pattern. thank goodness.
