I'm sleeping WAY too much
It has been years now that I've been oversleeping. I have found that I wake up when I HAVE to, such as for my job... I usually work from 2pm to 10pm. I'm a night owl, I usually go to sleep around 4am, and wake up around 1pm (When I HAVE to go to work). On my days off, I will normally wake up at 3pm, sometimes even 5pm... getting 12 hours of sleep. There have been nights, such as last night... I went to sleep at 12am and then woke up at 2pm.
Bottom line, I don't think the problem is what time I am going to sleep, but the motivation to get up. I can hit the snooze button every 20 minutes for 2 hours. Please, any advice and tips are appreciated.
