I'm not sure if this is a common problem or not.. but other than an hour or so every other night or so.. i've been awake for like 80+ hours now x_x.. Everytime I lay down I start thinking about how badly I need to fall asleep which ends up keeping me awake even longer.. I keep worrying about sleeping since I need to sleep.. which seems to just make it worse.. Also does anyone have some suggestions to help other than like... (the things ive tried).. which are.. Melatonin.. benadryl.. music.. warm bath.. warm milk etc.? Thanks!
wish I had an answer for you, but alas, I don't. I do know exactly what you are talking about. I'll basically start worrying about not sleeping...again...and then cause myself to be wide awake. it sucks. of course, it's easy to say stop thinking about it, but it sure isn't. even if I don't consciously think about it it is still bothering me.
Melatonin.. benadryl.. music.. warm bath surely help with sleep but your case seems a little critical. I would suggest you to consult a sleep expert. Before going to a sleep expert you can use a sleep manager to track your sleep.
