I'm starting a new job this week where I'll be working from 5am to 11am, 5 days a week. I'd like to develop a new sleep pattern where I nap when I get back from work and effectively have to parts to my day divided by sleep. I'm not sure how long I should be sleeping for, though. 2 hours? 5 hours? Any help you could give me would be great.
You may still sleep at 9pm and get up at 3am. This sleep pattern will be ideal for you.
You would get uninterrupted 6 hours of sleep through this pattern.
If you deprived sleep you may develop sleep disorder.
