Year and a half of sleeping horribly- mind ruined forever???
I've only averaged 3 and a half hours of sleep a night the past year and a half. I'm 21. Before that I was sleeping fine.
I haven't really noticed anything wrong with my mind. Cognitively, I might be doing somewhat more poorly now, but I might also be imagining that. How much do you think I've screwed up my mind in theh long term by sleeping this little, and can my brain heal itself from that damage by starting to sleep more again?
