1. Get busy. Make yourself so busy during the day that you don't have any time at all to worry about sleeping. Try to fill every single second of your day with work that will keep you preoccupied. By doing this and not worrying about sleep during the day, your anxiety about sleep gradually just fades away.
2. Don't talk about sleep or research sleep or try to figure out ways to make yourself sleep better. Every time you do these things, you're simply drawing attention to whatever problems you have with sleep, causing you to worry more and more.
