I am 28. I was working woman. I got married in January, 2012 and decided to stay with husband for a year in Africa without a job as its to easy to get job in this country.
Due to joblessness and boredom, my drinking went up. Earlier I only drank on weekends and in less quantities. My joblessness also made me little depressed.
I stared having troubled sleep for last 2-3 months. So much so that to induce sleep, I would have 2-3 pegs of alcohol. For last 15-20 days, I am trying hard to sleep without alcohol but its very difficult. I start feeling restless, I close my eyes for hours before I can get sleep. Even if I get sleep after 3-4 hours, its mostly disturbed. I started doing cardio exercise for 1 hour and now I spend about 2 hours in gym. I was hoping this will tire me enough to get a sleep.
Nothing is helping. I am not much of a smoker, I smoke 3-4 slim cigarettes in day. I eat vegetarian food 4 days in a week and strictly avoid red meat. I don't want to get to alcohol to sleep. Please help.
