I used to have these extremely awful dreams or something...
I had forgotten all about them, but just today under one of these 'self help hypnosis tapes' it all came back to me, and i could remember everything that used to happen before.

It's quite strange because the last time i had one of these dreams was Sep/Oct 1998. I remeber only having like a few of them (3) or something in total (all happened in within 1 or 2 years).

I doubt it's serious or something, but just wondering what it might have been.. just a deep sleep or something?

Anyway.. ill talk about my last encounter (in 1998). I woke up early in the morning, and quickly feel asleep soon afterwards. So i feel asleep and i remember everything being black (completely black) and then there was this giant black ball above my face (i could see real little, apart from the ball) and it kept bouncing off my face (but was only leaving my face by a few inches most of the time.. but at times it would leave my face by more). This would keep going but then i would start floating for a while and then just fall, and keep falling. (with the ball still bouncing off my face).

This type of thing happened everytime in my dreams. But then something different happens each time afterwards...
But i always get the feeling i have done something really bad. In this 1998 dream, i woke up and had the feeling that i had broke the TV (in my room). And i remember being extremely nervous/i was sweating and real worried, and finding it kinda hard to breathe properly. I then got anything in the room i could and put it infront of my door.. so no one could come in. And then i remember seriously thinking about smashing my TV on the flood and starting a fire, so my parents wouldnt think i broke the tv in the first place (which wasnt even broken).

So that was everything.. i was finally able to calm myself down after about 10 minutes or so, but keep saying to myself, it was just a dream.. nothing really happened...

... And that was the last time anything like this had happened.

Im 17 years old now (male)... so at the time i would have been 14/15.

Any ideas what this could have been? Or has it happened to anyone else here???
