hello I need to know any tips that people have on how to get normal sleep pattern going again. I terrible problems getting sleepy at night. For about half the week I can get myself to sleep normal and then the other half something goes wrong and I end up feeling too restless for bed.
Try taking Melatonin. I weigh about 180 and take 3 mg right before going to sleep sometimes. It resets your sleep schedule, and also makes you a little sleepy. I chew it up and swallos it with a glass of water so it hits me right before I want to fall asleep.
