Allways feeling sleepy
I have a serious sleeping problem. For 12 years I have been suffering from this. Initially I used to stay awake almost till 3 or 4 in the morning due to tension or anxiety. This used to happen a lot for many months. Now I am in such a situation that I need( or atleast I think so) 10 hours of sleep every day to be active, otherwise I am dull, my voice is very low couldn't concentrate on any thing. When I have sufficient sleep the following day I will suffer to sleep. I don't know if this is causing me to get into stress also. I get tensed up when I lose something, or someone scolds me, even if it is for fun. Do I have to go to a doctor or just take some over the counter drugs to get good sleep. Will I become addicted to this. I have been avoiding them with this in mind. Sometimes I even feel I should consult a psychiatrist. Help me.
