temazepam 30 mg - Sleep Disorders Message Board

I suffer from depression and have been taking effexor after trying paxil and zoloft to no avail. I've been waking up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the nite since I can't remember when. Doc gave me lorazepam - did NOTHING! He gave me temazepam 30 mg & I took the first one last nite and slept ALL NITE! Just thought I'd share that. Maybe you could ask your doctor to let you try it.

Hi,
I curently take temazepam up to 30mg's and although it's great I am completely addicted and trying to get off it. Be careful with this one I now cannot sleep at all without it.
