Hi everyone!

I posted a message about Unisom,gel pills.I said i couldn't stop taking them and i was addicted to them for about almost 3 years.Guess what,i stopped on Wednesday,last week and the first 2 nights it took me 5 hours to fall asleep.And since then i have my sleep schedule now,i start to feel sleepy about 10pm and no problems falling asleep.I just don't worry about anything,i clear my mind up and just relax.And i get up early in the morning.I'm so proud of myself.Since i stopped i started having more energy,and no more bad mood swings.I used to feel like crap when i was using unisom and in the mornings i wouldn' wake up,i would sleep the whole day.So now i'm going back to my work out and just be happy that i stopped.I know a lot of people have trouble with sleeping and are dealing with Insomnia.Whatever you do,please don't start taking Unisom or any drugs that you can get it without prescpription.Go to a Doctor.I almost ruined my life.I felt depressed and i was at that point in my life where i wanted to end my life.And it the lastsecond i realized what i have and i shouldn't take it for granted.Thank you all for listening.
