Would like to sleep well, tight, sweet dream and feel fresh in the morning. Help me.
Hi. I'm 18 years old. I have sleeping problem. I can't sleep whenever I want to sleep(I used to fall asleep quite easy). Even if I feel very tired, it's hard for me to fall asleep. My eyes feels very heavy when I'm too tired but I just can't keep my eyes shut for 5 minutes. Moreover, my brain seems working actively. At first, this is caused by sitting too long infront of a computer and drink less water every day but there's must be some other reasons and I'm not sure what are that. What I've done so far is drinking more water, stay out of my computer when there's nothing to do, not drinking a cup of tea in the evening and listen to slow music when I want to sleep. Help me please. Thanx.
