I think your the same person I replied to on the general health board. Have you ever tried taking Magnesium citrate? It's water soluble, and helps with relaxation.
There is a really good article posted in the Thyroid board about it. Look for the post called 'Information Archive" it's on page #2, just scroll down till you find the information on it. Then go on to page #3 and read about Maca and see if that's something you might want to try also. I hope this helps. Diana
