I have to agree with Mishl33. Have you had your iron levels checked? I was unbelievably tired for 3 years or more. I work 3rd shift, and I blamed it on that, although I've been on 3rd shift now for 7 yrs. I just kept getting worse and worse. My doctor tested my iron level "as a last resort", and found out that I'm borderline anemic. He put me on prescribed iron pills, and it has helped wonders. I am also using progesterone cream. I am 34 and have had night sweats for over 4 yrs. I feel like I have gone to a gazillion doctors, and none could help. I heard about the progesterone cream (for perimenopause and menopause), and have been using it now for over a month. My sweats have stopped! It's really amazing! I seem to think the progesterone cream helped with my tiredness also. John R. Lee M.D. has written a book called What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause. It's a wonderful book. It tells you all about the changes we women go through in the years before menopause, and says that symptoms can begin as early as 20 years before you actually hit menopause. I have the book, but I loaned it to my neighbor because she's 30 and tired all the time, just like you. I'm sorry this is such a long posting. You can read a lot about the progesterone cream on the menopause board. I am not a salesperson or anything. I just feel like I have gotten my life back, and want to tell the world about progesterone cream. And also for everyone who is tired to get their iron checked!
