 Seizure + sleep paralysis
Hi I suffer from sleep paralysis sometimes, occasionly my entire bed will shake, and although ive believe in the past that something supernatural was involved, I am wonder if I do not have some sort of siezure (which would explain the shaking) See I can understand being able to see strange things + hear but being shaken does not make sense - I used to think maybe I was kicking or something but you can't move with sleep paralysis can you? Well I cant.
