I have been having so much trouble sleeping these past few days. I wont fall asleep until about 2-3am, sometimes even 4 and you would think I would sleep until late but the latest I ever wake up is around 10 am. I eat healthy and get a good amount of exercise so it is nothing nutritional. In addition, during the daytime around 3-4ish I get really sleepy and nap for no more than an hour. I'm so tired of not getting enough sleep and not sleeping when more normal people do

Any advice? (p.s. even when I do not nap in the daytime I have problems falling asleep and sleeping until a good time)
