Do I have a sleeping disorder? - Sleep Disorders Message Board

I'm 19 years old and I was wondering what actually is a sleeping disorder? Because im going to explain what happens to me why i cant get to sleep at night.
What happens to me is that i lay there for so long keeping my eyes closed and the always reopen lol, that or i sit there and talk in my sleep but not actually talking its like sleeping just to keep my mind a wake. Am i going insane? I need some kind of help because I need to get more sleep at night.

Im 17 and i so no wat u mean! I can never sleep and it really sucks...
